The Isle of Man has a beautiful dialect and accent.  Some traditional Manx English can be found in the poetry of TE Brown (amongst others).  The video above shows John Kennaugh, reciting an exerpt from TE Brown.

I have attempted to transcribe the first minute or so using phonetic transcription. This is all made from my outside ear.

As I said on the ACCENT page, speech is attempted to be put on page using the International Pronunciation Chart (IPA). Above I have attempted to write the poem using this chart.
